Experience: 7-8 years; should include experience in a product company.
Should have experience with managing a project through its life
cycle, with a team of at least 5-6 people.
Education: B. Tech/MCA/MBA
Skill sets: C++/Java, Oracle/SQL, VB, XML, COM, SDLC process &
Methodologies; Project Management techniques like Estimation; Planning;
Tracking; Reporting etc.
Other: Leadership and team management skills. Should have worked
in a similar capacity in at least one long term project.

2. MODULE LEADER (APPLICATIONS
- REPOSITORY MODULE, SYNC MODULE)(2)
Experience: 4-5 years, preferably in product companies. Should have
experience with the entire project life cycle, and should have worked
on projects of at least six months duration. Prior experience with
document management and/or workflow management projects will be
a distinct advantage.
Education: B. Tech/MCA
Skill sets: C++/Java, Oracle/SQL; VB, XML, COM/EJB, Application
Servers.
Other: Strong architecture & design skills.

COMMENTS
For “Applications” positions,
Candidates with experience in solutions development in the following
will be preferred:
Doc management systems such as Documentum ; HummingBird PCDOCs ;
Fulcrum; FileNet; Quark DMS; MS – Share Point etc. AND/OR Workflow
management systems like Exchange Server; Lotus Notes etc.
For all positions,
Candidates who have worked for product companies will be preferred.
In addition to general software development, added experience in
testing automation using tools like Rational Robot; Win-Runner;
Silk Test etc will be a plus.
